  • Can I order ice cream and cakes online?

    All online orders need to be picked up at our physical store. Once your order is placed, we will prepare your products and wait for you at the designated pickup time.
  • Are online orders more affordable than buying in-store?
    Yes, we frequently offer various promotional activities on our website, which usually provide more favorable prices than our physical stores. We recommend keeping an eye on our website and social media accounts to catch the latest deals.
  • How can I find out about current promotional activities?
    You can check the current promotional activities on our website's homepage. Additionally, we also notify our promotional activities through email and social media platforms. We suggest subscribing to our newsletter and following our social media accounts.
  • What do I need to bring for pickup?
    When you come to pick up your order, please bring your order confirmation email or order number. Our staff will verify your order details and hand over your pre-ordered products.
  • Can someone else pick up my order on my behalf?
    Yes. If you need someone else to pick up your order, ensure they have your order number and your name. For security reasons, we may verify this information.
  • Do I get tracking info? Where can I find it?
    Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipment confirmation email that includes the delivery method, estimated arrival date and other tracking details (if available). Tracking availability depends on the different carriers we use. If tracking is available, we’ll send the tracking code in your shipment confirmation email.
  • Which couriers do you use?
    We use Australia Post to deliver items in your order.
  • Do you offer fast track delivery?
    Yes, we offer Fast Track delivery for most of our products, which includes the time it takes to print your order and ship it. The delivery timeframe for Fast Track varies based on your location (from 2-10 business days). We’ll display your delivery options and estimated date of arrival at checkout, or you can view our table above. Our Fast Track option speeds up the production of your order. We may still use regular parcel post to send your order or an express courier service when needed. We’ll be sure to work with our carriers to deliver your order on the estimated arrival date you see at checkout.
  • What’s the difference between Standard and Fast Track delivery?
    A: We offer two different delivery speeds: Standard. We’ll send your order by regular courier or post. Fast Track. We’ll use express post to deliver your products. Whatever speed you choose, we’ll work with our couriers to make sure your order gets to you by the estimated arrival date you see at checkout.
  • Are your delivery times guaranteed?
    When you add an item to your cart, you’ll be asked to choose a shipping speed. After that, we’ll show you the expected arrival date for your item – and we stand by that. Obviously, bad weather and carrier delays can happen, but if your order doesn’t get there on time, you’re not satisfied – and neither are we. Contact us and we’ll make it right.
  • Can I arrange for my own delivery provider / courier to deliver my order?
    We’re sorry, but because of our production process, we can’t accommodate special delivery requests.
  • Will my order be delivered during business hours?
    Typically, all deliveries will be made during normal business hours from Monday to Friday.
  • My package was supposed to arrive today, but I haven't received it yet. What should I do?
    Packages may arrive as late as 6pm (local time), so it may arrive later in the day. If available, please feel free to Contact us at any time – we're happy to help.
  • How do I know if my postcode is metro, regional or remote?
